Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Additional shipping costs may apply if the package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and the products received.

We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

At this time, we may only offer shipping within the locations listed at checkout. Available shipping destinations and rates are displayed during checkout.
